The Care Flowers philosophy in our Spring Cottage Memory Care Environment is a successful communication tool for care partners and family members. These designations help everyone have the best possible interactions with residents as they are in the present. It is an especially useful tool so family members can understand how to approach and interact when their loved one is acting in unfamiliar ways. The Care Flower system consciously avoids negative language or overtones throughout the residence.
