The Glades at ChampionsGate

My husband is in an assisted living facility called The Glades at ChampionsGate, and he is very happy with it. I'm also very happy with it. There are several things I like about it. They have very good food. The staff answers the call button very quickly. They've always been very pleasant, and they're helpful to him, too. My husband is a real foodie, and he's enjoying their food. He is not complaining at all. It's really a very beautiful, relatively new facility. It's clean, and it's impressive. When you go to the front door, you will be very impressed. It's good value. Other places that I've checked out are more expensive and really offer less. I don't know much about their activities because my husband doesn't take part in crafts and things like that. He is not at the level of doing that, but he does enjoy going to happy hour and the entertainment.

We toured The Glades at ChampionsGate. It's a very nice place. Most of the apartments have patios. The rooms are a nice size. They all have washers and dryers. They all have full kitchens. It has beautiful gardens. They have a dog park. We did have a meal. It was very good. They have two different dining rooms, but they serve the same food in both dining rooms. It all depends on where you want to sit. The people were wonderful. They were very friendly. It was very clean and well-kept, and there's lots of parking.

I love The Glades at ChampionsGate. I thought it was beautiful. I wanted my aunt to go there. Carmen was very nice. She took good care of us. Their rooms were very nice. They have three restaurants. They have activities. They were opening a sports bar (they probably opened it since we were there), and they have a nice pool. They have a restaurant where you just go sit down and eat. We had BLTs, and they were very good. The facility was very clean. Carmen did a great job of showing us around. She was very friendly.

The Glades at ChampionsGate was very good. We thought it was perfect for us. Everything we needed was there. The problem is, it's a bit expensive, but all these places are. Two meals a day are included in that, plus TV and internet. The staff was good. They answered all our questions and took us to several rooms to look at and around the site itself like the pool area. They just gave us a complete tour. They also have meeting rooms where residents can get together and play cards and things like that, as well as several dining rooms.

My husband and I moved into what is now The Glades in Championsgate in January 2021. We made the decision to sell our house and to look for an easier lifestyle. We wanted an apartment that meets our needs (2 bdrm, 2 bath, and a balcony). We were fortunate to find just want we wanted, AND, fortunate to live in a mostly inclusive place. This place is unbeatable - the care, the cleanliness, the staff, 3 meals daily, and best of all, happy residents who become family. We feel fortunate to live out our years here and welcome anyone looking for either assisted or independent living to come by and take a look! You will be pleased.
