This is a very, very small place but it has a huge heart for their patients. I observed one of the sisters who was simply doing her chores and very busy at the time. I could also see that there was a mother and very young child visiting talking loudly someone in a patient's room, and you could hear the child telling his mom that he was hungry and wanted some crackers from a vending machine. The mom told the child several times that she did not have the money to buy them and she was sorry. Just then the sister walked into the room and surprised the kid by giving him some peanut butter and cheese crackers. I thought it was so touching to see someone be so kind to a stranger.
