The Springs Ranch did an excellent job caring for my Aunt, the Staff take their jobs very seriously and I feel genuinely care about the patients. The first thing I noticed when taking the tour was how easy it is to get into see your relative, and that the Nurses station looks out onto the central part of the building ensuring the staff and patients are inter acting. The building itself is very well decorated making it feel home like, its my opinion that that would help ensure more frequent visits. I also like how the patients can use the exterior court yard at their leisure and that they have options to go on supervised field trips. In my opinion they go out of their way to help people in what can be a stressful time.

I like Springs Ranch Memory Care. It was probably my number two choice. I thought it was a great place. It was very clean, and the residents were all happy and engaged. I liked that they had a monitoring system that enabled them to tell if there was motion in the room like if a resident was to get up and fall or get up and do something at night, it would alarm them to go check on them. Because my aunt was prone to falling a lot, I think that was a very nice feature. They had a lot of nice programs on their activities calendar that were very engaging and stimulating to somebody with memory issues. It was a very nice place.

My Mom has been a resident for 2+ years and when family and friends ask how she's doing I let them know the best gauge is that you can tell by how she relates so positively to the entire staff and the staff to her. The care throughout has been exceptional and a true God-send during what can be one of a family's most trying times for which we are grateful.

My father has been a client for a year now and we have been very grateful for the care that he receives at Springs Ranch. The rooms are very nice. The facility is kept clean and fresh. My father loves the food with the exception of peas which he didn't like at home either. The food always smells delicious but I've never tried it. They make sure that dad gets out and about and is involved with activities even though he can't really participate in them. The staff is WONDERFUL! There are so many of them that are there for a mission, not just a job. They love what they do and they love my father. We are so blessed that he is there and being taken so well care of.

This facility has all the safety features one can think of to ensure the safety of your family member. An outdoor courtyard enclosed by the building so residents can be outside safely with no worries of wandering away. Locked entry to residents keeping them safe from outsiders and locked exiting, too, keeping residents from wandering away. A staff member must open the door for all coming in or leaving the residents’ area. Locked rooms for residents to ensure privacy. Any staff member can unlock the residents’ doors if keys are misplaced by resident. Our family member thinks she is at a fancy resort paid for by her family. She says she loves the staff and they do a good job cleaning (high praise from her). The rooms are newer, clean and odor free. The staff are friendly and very patient with the residents. We have no worries about care with our mother being a resident.

My mother-in-law is living in Springs Ranch Memory Care now and she's safe and that's all we needed. I love the staff, and I love that the building is built for the specific use of memory care. There's not anything I don't like about it. It's been a good experience for her and us. It's a modern building that looks homey like someplace you want to go and stay. It doesn't look like a hospital, so that's the nice thing. There's a beauty/barber salon and a dining room. My mother-in-law played bingo yesterday. They have different activities for them to do every day. They have a courtyard where they can go outside and still be safe. It's a protected courtyard and not just anybody can get there. You have to go through the building to get there, so it's nice that they can be outside and still be protected. I haven't eaten there, but she is not complaining, and she's picky. Recently, they did a public event where they were outside and they did an open house for people to come by and see more about their facility. We feel like she's safe and that's priceless.
