Jackie's Hideaway is a wonderful place and I never dreamed I would find such a loving and caring environment for my dear friend. The staff is incredibly attentive and the home is peaceful and serene. It is a happy place that I I highly recommend!

About Jackie's Hideaway in Tarzana, California
Jackie's Hideaway Facilities are licensed by the state for six residents each home, all private rooms and baths. Each property is on 1/2 acre of park-like grounds. We have two homes adjacent to each other. Our caregivers make Jackie's Hideaway the wonderful place that it is. Several of the caregivers have worked with us over 15 years and they treat our residents with care, compassion, respect and dignity. Just as a member of their own families!

During the time my mom has been a resident of Jackie’s Hideaway (operated by Normandy Home), my family has been pleased with the attentive and personal care that she receives. Staff have been great at communicating with our family, responding to her needs, and creating a safe and supportive environment for her. During frequent visits to Jackie’s Hideaway, we always find the facility to be clean and residents to be well cared for. My mom suffers from advanced Alzheimer’s disease and is no longer able to take care of herself, but staff ensure that she is well fed, clean and nicely dressed. We appreciate the fact that she spends part of the day in the the common area and is not limited to her room all day..

My mother has been a resident at Jackies Hideaway/Normandy Home for 3 months and it has been the best move for her and our family. The care is excellent with lots of love and compassion. The caregivers know exactly how to handle residents with Alzheimer's.

Jackie's Hideaway is hands down the best care facility! It was recommended to me by a hospice care nurse when I needed to find a place for my dear 90 year old friend who was just placed on hospice care and bed-ridden. My friend has been living there for 7 months and the staff is incredibly attentive to her needs and have been amazing. She tells me everyday how much she loves it. She previously lived at an assisted living facility and the level of care and compassion at Jackie's Hideaway is five star in comparison!

Jackie's Hideaway is one of the best Senior Residences! There are two homes next door to each other. The caretakers are very sweet, kind, and loving to my mother. She has survived two years beyond what the doctors have said because of thier care. I highly recommend this house to anyone!! They are far beyond excellent!
