Country Garden's Home Care for The Elderly is a private home run by a Filipino family and I give them an A-plus. They're so great. They only have six people and they're all Alzheimer's patients and they do a fantastic job with them. I'm so thankful that my mother's there and that we can afford it at this point. She's been there for three years now. It's really clean and they take such good care of my mom. They all eat around the same table. They have really good food, like salmon and decent meals. When the holidays come, Ceci (the main gal that lives there), and her husband, Nestor, decorate the whole house beautifully and they celebrate each person's birthday. They make a big deal about holidays. It's beautiful. They don't have many activities because most of the people are kind of out of it, but they have a big screen TV, and then sometimes they put music on for my mother because she's not as bad off. She has vascular dementia. She doesn't have Alzheimer's, so she is a little more active. They always walk her around and make sure that she can walk. When we visit, we have to wear a mask and we go outside to visit her. They put concerts on their iPhone and have my mom watch them. We're getting a good deal because my aunt was also in there and she died like ten years ago, but she was in there for two years, and that's how we found out about it. It was so great for her. I'm just so thankful for them. They're good Christian people and they take into consideration other people's beliefs and they're excellent. I'm very pleased with them. My father who is 95 wants to go there, but we can't afford for two people to be there.
