Pleasanton Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is understaffed. They had a situation just a couple of days ago. They called me saying they were rushing my husband to the hospital because the blood test came back, and his kidney is failing. When they got to the hospital, there was nothing wrong. I don't know whose blood test they had, but it wasn't my husband's. He is in a two-bedroom. It has a shower but it's kind of crowded. There's a wheelchair in there and you don't have a lot of room. My view of the staff depends on which staff. It's the way that they're handling the medication. We've had problems giving him his medication. The food is a typical meal, cafeteria-type meal. Some days it is good and some days it isn't. When you cook for a hundred people and they all have different diets, that is kind of hard. The place is clean. They have activities but we have not been involved in them yet. They have a walking thing down the hall. They also have movies going on.
