We love Regency Palms Oxnard. I moved my grandmother in a few months ago and am thrilled with cheerful, kind and caring staff. The community is beautiful and well maintained and Ty was wonderful throughout the move-in process. Look no further than this hidden gem.

My mom has been in the Memory Care Assisted Living at Regency Palms Oxnard for six months now. She has adjusted well and it has been a great experience so far. The staff is very responsive, caregivers are kind, the food is good and there’s lots of activities going on throughout the month. I have been very happy with the care my mom is receiving at Regency Palms Oxnard.

The rooms are stylish with crown molding and track lighting. The bathroom is spacious. The food is good. Martha and Cristina in the dining room are very pleasant and hard workers. The staff is friendly and always helpful. Sarina, Ty and Nancy are very helpful. Nancy always has a pleasant greeting for everyone.

The community is well staffed, there are always care givers around to assist as needed. The management staff is proactive when dealing with day in and day out needs of the residents. The staff is great at communicating with us as situations arise.

The staff are excellent! 5/5! Everyone is friendly, professional, accommodating and responsive from the caregivers to the administrators to the front desk. They really treated my dad with such care and kindness, which has enabled my mom to enjoy the respite because of the confidence we have in how they care for my dad. The pricing is very fair and reasonable (4/5). The location is ideal for our family (5/5). The rooms are a good size for single occupants and are fairly maintained and were for the most part, cleaned (4/5). Overall, excellent and I would recommend this facility.

The rooms are clean and comfortable The food is excellent and they provide a good variety. Ken and Nancy are great managers. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Rustico is a very good maintenance man. The staff is always there to assist and provide support needed. Serena and Siena provide a wide variety of activities to keep us busy. We have a lot of exercise classes.

I love my room that is kept comfortable for me. Nancy general manager knows us well and is alway here to help us. The care givers are always checking on us. The best part is the Dining room with meals we have helped select. It is like our family room.

1. Room location is very important if your love one has a difficult time walking. Regency Palms has only one floor which make it easy for residences to get around the facility. 2. Food is the next important thing to check and Regency Palms allow you to enjoy a meal during our visit.

Regency Palms Oxnard was very clean and very organized. There were a lot of activities that were going on. The staff was very helpful and always assisting when we were there visiting, and always asking if we had questions. The food was good. Everything looked clean, up-to-date, and nearly new.

Regency Palms Oxnard was only a year old. It had seven different garden areas where you could go out and sit with flowers and stuff. It was very, very pretty. It was very new. It was nice. It was very clean. The staff was very helpful. The one that I dealt with the most was Gloria. They had a library and common garden areas. They had fountains. They had different areas where they played poker and bingo. They had a lot of activities, and they had a lot on the calendar where they would go to different places. It was very well put together.

I moved into Regency Palms Oxnard. The best thing about them is the staff. They're very responsive. All of the residents are very friendly. I can't think of anything really negative about the place so far. The food is substantial. It's three square meals a day, and it's very good. If you feel like you want something off the menu, you're welcome to do that. They have a movie theater that is also used as a little chapel. They have two movies a day in the movie theater. Their activity director is very energetic, and he keeps things really hopping around here. They play games, like bingo. They have a three-hole putting course for golfers.

I'm in Regency Palms Oxnard. I enjoy it quite a bit. The people who work here, when they come in, they're really good to me. I enjoy talking to them. They take care of me really well. I've never really had anything to complain with any of them. The room I'm in works for me. It allows me to hang things here in the wall and I have all my artwork all over the place here. I feel good here. I like it. We get three meals a day, and the food is really good.

My mother-in-law moved into Regency Palms in Oxnard. The facility is clean. The staff members are nice, helpful, friendly, and professional. Some of the hallways are pretty long, where my mother-in-law is. It's a long hike for her, with her using a walker and getting tired. They have movies twice a day, entertainment a few times a week, little putting green contests, and little crafts. They serve three meals a day.

My parents moved into Regency Palms Oxnard. It is a very good place. The staff is excellent. They're providing excellent service to them. They are very helpful. They're helping my mom with bathing and toileting. They're going above and beyond the call of duty. I just can't say enough good things about them. They're really good. The food is excellent too. They have activities and then they have outings, too. The outside doesn't look pretty like some of the other ones, but the inside is great.

Regency Palms Oxnard had a lot of different activities and involvement. I liked the caring attitude of the staff and that they specialize in memory care. It was a pretty good-sized facility where I didn't feel like my mom would be confined in one small area. They still have dignity when they go out and eat. They have a restaurant dining setting, which I really enjoyed, and an area where family and friends could come and visit. They also have a specialized room for gatherings of families for little events or dinner plans where they set out utilities and nice plates for the family. It was so welcoming, and I liked the menu. They had a big jar of water (with different flavor water for each day) out in the open where residents can go and serve themselves. So it's kind of like them still being self-sufficient if they're thirsty. They're more than welcome to grab a cup and keep themselves hydrated and I know a lot of the other facilities do not offer that. That was important for me. They have different programs where they stimulate the resident's minds and keep them active. Like making cookies to help them with their hands. If my mom likes puzzles, they have puzzles out there. The facility is only two years old, so it's up to technology, very open, and spacious, which I really liked. I felt warm and they really cared. Erica was taking a lot of notes of what my mom's interests were. She wanted to know what Mom's hobbies were and what kind of person she was. That way, they can keep in mind what she enjoys. Another thing was Mom loves music and they said a lot of times they have people come in and perform. They actually gave us a box of treats and water, and the treats were really good.

My mother-in-law loves it here. Rooms are clean and spacious. The staff is caring, friendly and accommodating. We worked with Gloria and she's so sweet. The nurses are very sweet and kind as well. And the food is shockingly good. My family highly recommends this community.

Regency Palms Oxnard was brand new and super clean. The staff were all extremely personable, nice, and seemed to be very caring. We met a couple of residents who said that they were very happy with the place and that they liked the food. My mother-in-law got to choose the room she would like to have. The rooms have a kitchenette, a small refrigerator, a small microwave, and a little sink. They provide laundry services once a week for the residents, and if they need more than once a week, it's an extra charge. It was just nice. It's got a lot of the things that I think will make her comfortable. The director toured us around and he was fantastic.

Regency Palms has exceeded all my expectations as far as level of care for patients with dementia. They excel in understanding the disease and how to treat it, both for the patient and the family. Every employee at this facility should be commended for their efforts in caring for our loved ones. From the Director on down my experience with staff has been impressive They are kind and they care.
