My mother has moved into Clearwater at Riverpark. It's just the right size. It's clean and newer. The residents are wonderful. The staff is excellent. They made her feel welcome and at home. It's just the right place. I tried the food, and it's excellent. They have outings. They have shopping trips, and they have movies twice a day. They have a hair salon, an art studio, and a library. They have games, and they have a gardening club. They have all kinds of activities.

We toured Clearwater at Riverpark. It was very nice and we were very interested in it. The tour was terrific. The person who assisted us with the tour was Roman, and I believe he's the manager of the facility. He was wonderful, and a really lovely man. The apartments were gorgeous, and very well-appointed, from the smallest to the largest. They had granite countertops, big and roomy, very nicely laid out floor plans, nice flooring, and lots of cabinetry in the kitchen. They were very well put together. Each apartment had a balcony or a patio with lovely views, depending on what level you were on. Some faced inside which had a courtyard that was lovely and quiet, others faced the beautiful mountains. That was spectacular, as far as we were concerned. The building was immaculate. The place was beautifully appointed, very clean, and very well maintained. The amenities were very nice and the people were nice. It was an active community. There weren't a bunch of old people waiting around to die. Even if they were older than us, they were active. They were out doing things. All the apartments had full kitchens, washers, and dryers. Those two items were very important to me because I'm not eating all my meals with them. Another really nice thing was their point-system meal plan. They give you X amount of points for the month and you can eat whatever meals you want there. They give you the option of just using your points however you want to use them. If you don't use them, you can roll them over till you reach their maximum limit. The points were enough for you to have two meals a day all month. Their restaurant was lovely, and the food was the best that we had tasted on all the tours. What we had was chef-inspired restaurant food. This wasn't portioned-out cafeteria-style food. This was really nice and well presented, like in a Michelin-star restaurant. This place was outstanding. The thing I would criticize is they make you pay for your parking, which I feel is inappropriate. You should be able to have parking coming into an independent facility. And I will say that their second person fee is too high. Those are my only two criticisms.

Clearwater at Riverpark was really beautiful. It was very, very tidy, and clean. There were people in the lobby and they were very friendly, outgoing, and welcoming. My first impression was very good and it's really a lovely place. Sandy was very knowledgeable. She went way beyond what I expected her to do. She showed us every apartment, the studios, the one-bedroom, the two-bedrooms, and we had a very nice tour. She answered all of our questions, knew what she was doing, and so she's well-informed. We went to the library and there were people there checking out books. It was a beautiful day so there wasn't a lot of inside activity. The people were out walking.

This place sounded great. The reality was lacking. For the amount of money, the activities were often cancelled, the evening dinner specials were RARELY available and the tenants are in well established cliques. If you loved the clique world of high school, you'll love this. The cool kids always ate at the same head table and were NOT welcoming to new people. There were some lovely tenants, and we made some friends but overall, not a good experience. The restaurant was pretty and the food was ok, since the menu didn't change much, getting the daily special was the way to go, but you have to get the the restaurant at 5:00. Oh, and you have to have a reservation. You cannot just drop in and eat. If they are full, you have to get take out or delivery to your room. For the amount of $$$$, you should be able to walk downstairs and eat dinner. You should be able to get the special of the day. All activities had to be reserved in advance. No just dropping in on an art class. You have to sign up. Ask lots of questions. There is NOT a cultural mix here either. it's primarily 99.9% Caucasian, which is great unless you're not.

Clearwater at Riverpark's activities and the facility itself are first class. They have an art room, wine tasting activity, and a theater. Nothing unusual but they had a pretty well-rounded list of activities. It's independent living and the staff is very friendly and patient. They have everything like the salon, swimming, transportation, exercise classes, and a host of activities. They also have housekeeping. The food was quite good. It was modern with a good selection and reasonable pricing. The facility is very beautiful and it looks brand new. It's only a couple of years old, very modern, with beautiful artwork and very pretty.

As I was looking for a new place for an elderly parent, and with new requirements for daily living, found Clearwater at Riverpark. Met with Gary and Sandy, went over all the current and new requirements, to which each and every one of them was discussed AND addressed once the move-in happened. The community is absolutely beautiful, staff are super nice, the activities are of interest to the residents, and the food is really good (I admit that when I visit, I'd rather eat there then one of 10+ places within walking distance).

Clearwater at Riverpark is fairly new. The staff is very nice. My sister's room is nice and comfortable sized. It's very nice inside and outside. They've got good grounds. She likes the food very much. They have a weight room and an exercise room, and all the exercise equipment and all the appliances in the room are first class. I was surprised with the quality of everything they have there.

Clearwater at Riverpark is immaculate, very pretty and very friendly. The person who accommodated us during the tour couldn't have been more helpful. She was wonderful, answered all our questions and gave us more information than we could have thought about. The food is excellent, and they have a beautiful dining room. It was very nice to sit in there and we enjoyed it. We ate there a couple of times and we enjoyed both times. There was some kind of health fare going on while we were there. They had it set up outside and they had different vendors explaining different things and giving away stuff.
