My brother is living in Always Loving Care. The general appearance is very good as far as the cleanliness inside. As far as the general layout, it's actually a home converted into individual rooms that they've set up for the individuals. The staff does anything that is necessary to make the residents' stay comfortable there. They make sure they have the correct medicines, they give them on time, and they feed them three meals a day. They're very polite. Apparently, the food is good because they're all gaining weight. It looked delicious. They have a supply of books for them to read, TV for them to watch, transport to and from the doctor, and they take them shopping. They don't have any actual outings that they go on.
