My husband is in Silverado Beverly Place. I toured it and I saw that it was well-run, neat, clean, and well-lit, and there's a lot of staff. They knew what they were doing. They had a mission. They were there to serve the people. They're very good staff. I haven't eaten the food, even though we are told that as visitors, we can come and eat with the residents. There's a lot of activities. They have exercise, art, literature, dancing, movie nights, and discussion groups. They go out. Unfortunately, because they're in a city, they don't have enough outside space. They try as much as possible for every few rooms to have patios and walking areas. They have plenty of dogs, a few cats, and garden patios. The residents are allowed to have their dogs with them, so that's good. It's more expensive here because of all the hands-on that they do, but I'm getting my value for money.

My husband is in Silverado Beverly Place. I would say it's excellent, he has good days, bad days, they do a lot of music, they have a lot of activities to keep them busy, so they don't just sit in a wheelchair wasting away. The activities is what really keep him going. He's happy. The food is delicious. The facility is fabulous, it's gorgeous, very clean, and has no smell. I can't go inside, when Ido have visiting privileges, they have to be outside. You can only do 2 people of the family, and you have 30 minutes. He's behind plexiglass, they give you hand sanitizers, you put on gloves, and you definitely have a mask on and stay 6 feet from him. You cannot touch him, you cannot let him touch you, they're on it. They are expensive.

My mom is in respite care right now at Silverado Beverly Place. It is very pricey, but it is good. It definitely has a homey atmosphere. The staff is very good. The grounds are very nice. It is only 2-1/2 miles from where I am. The rooms are very nice. She has a shared room, but it is very nice. It appears that they cater toward each person's needs. There are arts, movies, and crafts.

This place needs more responsible people attending to the needs of the clients they really dont pay attention to everyone one guy keep saying that he's in pain they just sends him to his room another guy jumped out of the second floor window and broke his ankle these people make a lot of money off the clients not pay attention to them I would never leave my family members here

Silverado Beverly Place is an excellent and ideal community. The person that runs the place is a very nice, very considerate, and very understanding man. Unfortunately, I couldn’t afford it at the time and my mother is not able to travel. The rooms were nicer than others, and the grounds were incredible. The seniors go on trips and stay very active. If she could travel, I would consider it. The dining area was wonderful and very much like a community dining area with certain dining times. I will always keep Silverado Beverly Place in mind.

Silverado Beverly Place was very nice but expensive. I only met the guy who runs the place, and he seemed nice. They didn't have anything available that I wanted, and I was told that everything is extra. I looked at one room that was very dingy. They had a library and a big main room with the dining room, which looked nice.

My family and I moved my father, who is stricken Alzheimer's, to Silverado - Beverly Place in October 2014, after an exhaustive search for the right facility. Our only trepidation was that it seemed too good to be true. As it turns out, that concern was unwarranted... They really are that good! My Dad lived in an assisted-living facility for over 2 years before coming to Silverado. As his dementia progressed, it became clear that he needed more care, and specifically caregivers who specialize in dementia. We needed a locked facility, so he couldn't wander off, that didn't look or feel like a prison or a nursing home. My research eventually lead me to a company called Heart Light that matches an individual's specific needs with the right facility. Stacy at Heart Light (whom I highly recommend) introduced me to Silverado - Beverly Place. My first meeting with the Administrator was amazing! When I described my Dad's current living situation, and concerns for his safety, she offered to move him in tomorrow! She was talking about my Dad as if he were her Dad, and acting with the same sense of compassion and urgency. Within a week, my Dad was moved in! Silverado even had all of his pictures put up in his room prior to arrival to ease the stress of changing environments. Of course, it's the people and environment that make Silverado so great, but I have to give a nod to the facility itself. It's the only facility I've ever been in that, pardon me, doesn't smell like old people! :) I also like the complimentary valet parking, and the little dogs that run around there. It's hard to describe just how wonderful the staff are. I'm not going to list names for fear I might forget someone, but the Administrator, Caregivers, Nurses, Social Workers, Ambassadors, Dining room people, and Receptionist are incredibly caring, patient and knowledgeable. I'm so appreciative of the work they do every day! There have been more individual acts of kindness by the staff than I can count. Anyone with a parent afflicted by Alzheimer's knows how difficult it is to provide the right care for an ever-changing disease. Silverado - Beverly Place has been a godsend for my family. I only wish I could give them more than 5 stars!

My mother was at this facility until her passing last year. She recieved excellent care the entire time she was there. She was initially on the first floor but later moved to the second floor when she needed more care. Even though she was confined to a wheelchair they would take her to the bathroom frequently. She was frequently moved out of the wheelchair to sit in dining chairs or on the sofa. She never had any issues with skin breakdown. I found the caregivers truly kind and compassionate although they were working with a challenging population. My mother eventually transitioned to Silverado Hospice care and her care was excellent up until her peaceful death. I am very thankful for the care she recieved.

When I first toured Silverado I thought I was going to be blown away with all the great reviews . This place is awful residents looked like they had been wearing same clothes for day the place smelled and the administrator didn't even have the time to say hello . Once they took me to the second floor that was it for me I wanted to run from this place it's smells seniors were yelling and screaming it looks like a sychiatric hospital and they have this residents locked on the second floor while they are trying to escape . Think twice before you place your loved ones her this place is horrible

My mother has been at this facility for almost two years. She has received excellent care. The facility is always well staffed, the medical and management personnel are extremely responsive to inquiries by family members. Love the pets running around. It feels like a real home and not a facility. My mother had previously been at another facility known nationwide. Silverado is far superior.

I've gone also in Silverado in Beverly Hills. It just seems to be the same concept. They were not welcoming and were not friendly. The rooms were nice although they weren't the best rooms. They were doing activities, and everybody was participating on a story telling activity. They look like they were really trying with the activities when I went there. But it was still kind of on the dingy side. It wasn't as clean as it could be. They should be more welcoming. The staff should greet you as you walk in and ask if you need assistance or have questions. The dining area was average, and there was nothing spectacular about it. The facility is nice. It just looked dingy and dirty. Even though it is a newer facility, it doesn't look well kept.

I found Silverado Beverly Place Memory Care Community for my mom, and I think the place is excellent. She is doing much better now that she is there, and she is also eating very well now. The philosophy of the facility fitted her very well. The care that is provided is lovely. The staff all seemed very dedicated in the three times that I've visited since I moved her there.

During my visit to Silverado, I first noticed the aquarium when I entered. It had all kinds of exotic fish that the clients were admiring; and they had an amazing courtyard out back for the family members to sit with the guests during their visit. It is in a great location too - not far at all from the Beverly Center in West Hollywood and the CBS studio building, where the clients can go to watch Craig Ferguson and other CBS late shows in person. I highly recommend Silverado to any family looking for senior care in the LA/Hollywood area.

Some days ago, I visited Silverado Senior Living, and let me tell you that I really liked what I saw. Since I am looking for a assisted living facility for my parents, my parents and I went to this place to know more about it. We got impressed by the excellent facilities it had. We checked the rooms, and they were really neat, and comfortable. Moreover, it had a very beautiful dining room and the staff is really friendly. We really liked this place. That's why my parents decided to stay in there. They are moving out next week, and I'm sure they will have a great time living there.
