My father, Ted Robert W, arrived with his big cowboy hat and of course a little anxiety. His 6 children were nervous for him as this was his new home.. The staff soon put us all at ease and went out of their way to make him feel comfortable. Our family was very hands on and at the facility a great deal of time. This meant the poor staff not only had to cater to Dads needs but to ours as well. They were amazing!!! I am thankful for these dedicated, and professional fun employees. Keep up the good work. I will miss you and many of the clients you serve. You have very difficult jobs and do a wonderful service for our community. Thank you all

We have already placed my mom at Sierra Vista. The hospital helped me locate it. We went to visit it and decided to place her there. When we first entered into the facility, it smelled very clean. You could smell food cooking, and people were clean when we walked in. They seemed very happy. It is a small facility. The staff members are always smiling and very helpful. People are very friendly there. We are very lucky. The dining room is very small. The facility is very small. Some of their beds are for short-term, and some are for long-term care. Regarding activities, they have bingo and arts and crafts. They have somebody that comes in and cuts their fingernails and hair. They have a physical therapist and a doctor on-call. With regards to security and safety feature of this facility, the doors are locked after certain times, it is fenced in, and it is very clean and well kept.

Sierra Vista was clean, and all the patients were dressed. We thought there would be enough space for my father. There were either four beds or two beds per room. The reception area seemed to be accommodating and the people at the front desk were friendly. He is just there for rehab. The care, the nurses, and nurse assistants were good, but the administrator part ended up being awful.

The staff at Sierra Vista are exceptional. They took very good care of my aunt as well as her husband. The staff works as a team, and they all work well together. If I ever have a concern or something, it is always addressed promptly. I get phone calls as to his care. The facility is always clean. There is constantly someone cleaning the room. I have nothing but praises for this facility. I could not have found a better place for them.
