My father ended up at Orchard Post Acute. The people were very caring. They took good care of the patients that were there. It's a skilled facility. It's not someplace you could stay at, but it was a good one. They really tried very hard with my dad. He came in with a lot of issues. Anything that happened to him, anything that needed attention, the nurse called immediately. Getting through to any of the directors and others in charge sometimes would take two or three calls, which I kind of understand because they got other things to do other than just spend time with the patient's family. He had physical therapy and that was about it. You get your money's worth.

My mother was a patient there for 3 weeks. She was severely dehydrated and malnutrition. The staff was Very hard to get ahold of. They would not call us back when we left a message. One nurse was not fond of my mother, so she basically ignored her. I would NEVER recommend this place
