I went to Heritage Crossing, and for some reason I couldn't put my husband in there, and the cost was $300 a day. They were very professional, very nice, and very helpful. If he was able to stay there, I would've found a way to get them the $300 a day. He's been a client of Valley Regional Care and Heritage Crossing is part of it. When a call comes in regarding the hospice, it shows Heritage Crossing on my caller ID. They've been very helpful. I met with the staff and we had a long conversation, which was very helpful for me. She made me feel very comfortable. The surrounding was really nice. It was really pretty there, and it was a good location. It looked immaculate from the area that I was in.
