It was great; it was a small facility, and it was very focused on the residents. They have very caring staff and interactive activities. They were doing a sing-along, and the participants had various levels of care; everybody felt included. They have lots of one on one with the aides. The dining areas were fine, and everybody seemed to enjoy the food. Everybody sits in a family style dining room, and the staff brings the food to them; they were very respectful of the residents.

It was where we placed our relative, and their facility was exceptional. It was super nice, and one of the things that I noticed and read about was that they're designed so that there's no end to the hallway. It's like in a circular pattern so the patients don't lock into an ending cul-de-sac. If they're walking they don't wind up in an end road where they're trying to figure out where they are. The personnel were very nice, and the facility was nice. The rooms were also nice, the activities were explained really well, and they have a lot of activities for the residents. The patients seem more active and more aware. The staff there work really well with their patients, and the way they treat the patients is just exceptional. They treat them all with dignity.
