The rooms are clean often, the food presented well for patients own healthy diet. The staff very friendly and helpful. You do run into a nurse tgat is having an off day, but for most part the staff is very caring. In any facility, Patricia and Shakira were outstanding getting needed transportation. Alma, Elvia and Ella were outstanding nurses in giving care to mom and Ann did a super job in activities for patients.

My mom is at Lone Tree right now. She likes it there. She has been there since September. They have everything there. They’re always doing something. They have bingo, and they paint their nails. They have lots of things. The nurses are very friendly. They seem to take care of my mom, and everybody else. They’re really nice people. They need to improve on the food, though.
