I am very Disappointed in this nursing home, The staff is poor! they are more interested in there social life then the residents that live there. We have found so many CNA hiding out in my Grandmothers room rater then doing their jobs. They were also busted for lying about her eating they would say she ate when she refused My grandmother has Alzheimer and was neglected and is now in the hospital because of these careless employees. She is dehydrated on top of and infection that no one seemed to notice. She was no longer alert by the time they sent her to the ER. I also found out they didn't bother to get her out of bed even after our family requested it. I worked as a CNA for several years and never would i have treated or neglected any of my residents the way they have my Grandmother. It don't matter If they are combative or not you focus on there well being, and take the time out to make them at home.
