I can't say that my experience here was wonderful. Only because my friend was here at the end of his life. It was just his time. The staff were exceedingly caring, friendly, and helpful at all times. They took excellent care of my friend and he was comfortable in his last days. I was impressed with how clean the place was. Unlike many places such as this it didn't smell like urine. Infact, I never caught a trace of any foul odor. In my opinion, this is a top notch place and I would chose it for myself or my family\friends. I HIGHLY recommend it. To the staff: You guys are the best. Thanks for taking such good care of my friend Mark. He deserved it. He was a good guy.

Why my family member was there they never got a bath. My dad ended up getting cold while he was there and they tried to make me pay for that time. My family member had a roommate that was blind and they never fed him. Please do not take your family member to this facility.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Don’t take your love ones here if you care about them. They treated my Father like trash. They neglected him, have him in his feces for hours. Never gave him a Bath. When he needed help the CNA would ignore him like he was nothing. They lost his teeth so he had to eat soft foods. He was there for rehabilitation so he can walk and they never did any type of rehab for him . He was laying in bed the whole time and got bed sores from it. Jean was rude talking to my family telling us that my Father is a sick man and will never walk again. But how can he get to walking again if y’all never lift him and help him get to walk. Y’all were just collecting the insurance money so you can have a paycheck. I’m disgusted and disappointed in this place

Our experience with Premier Health And Rehabilitation was satisfactory overall, even though there were a couple of glitches. My mother's apartment had a big single room which was really designed for two people. She had a big bedroom. The layout of the place was OK, and they have activities like movies and things like that. When I was in there, the breakfast looked fine. It was bread with jelly and egg with some oatmeal and orange juice. She wouldn't eat more than a single bite and I asked the staff members who were feeding her to not force-feed her. The staff was very responsive about any issues or complaints.

We placed our brother in Premier Health, and Rehabilitation. We have been very impressed. They seem to have a lot of patience with our brother. They are very nice to my brother. He is 63, and is our baby brother; but he is retarded, and his mentality is like a 6-year old. They bathe him, and we are really surprised that they have scrubbed him really good. He likes his bath over there. He likes his food. The people are good to him. He cannot talk. He can only say some words, and he can understand simple things. They have really worked well with us. We tell them what certain things means that he says, and so forth. So, we are extremely pleased. He is just as happy. He comes from a past facility; which he had to work chores there. He broke his leg several years ago, and has a very bad limp. He has pains, and all of that is making him miserable. So, I'm very happy he could go to someplace that he did not have to work. They have just been very good to him. It is clean. There is no smell. The rooms are somewhat worn, but they are all clean. We have no complaints right now. He cannot say so, but he says “hoppy.” That means he is happy. So, we are very impressed with it, and I think they have all levels. They have people that come in for rehab term. We are just really happy with them.

It all came down to the fact that my father wanted a private room. He wanted to be able to take his bliss chair and motorized wheelchair, and most places wouldn't take both, or you can't get a private room. So it came down to about three different places, and the other two had waiting lists, so Premier was the one that we could get him in. This is our first experience working with a nursing home, so it isn't as good an experience as I expected, but you just have to be on top of everything all the time. The room itself is OK. He's only been there for about six weeks, and so far we haven't had a really good experience, but this is the only time I've had any experience at all with any nursing home, so I cannot yet compare it to anybody.
