Malvern Nursing & Rehab is a very clean and friendly environment. They have recently built a new building and are now called Encore. The residents are in love with their new home and are excited to be here. Staff is incredible! My family member loves it here. It doesn't look or feel like a nursing home.

Malvern Nursing & Rehab is a very clean and friendly environment. They have recently built a new building and are now called Encore. The residents are in love with their new home and are excited to be here. Staff is incredible! My family member loves it here. It doesn't look or feel like a nursing home.

The place had a very distinct urine smell. The staff did not seem overly worried. The food did not look overly tasty. The lawn and outside were well kept and clean. The drive way was rough and needed work. The staff vehicles looked new and very well kept. The people inside looked depressed and sad.The walls were a nuetral color. The floor tiles where the old hospital type, but were shiny.
