The rooms are adequate However, interactions with staff were poor, thus the reason for this sad review. No activities were offered nor were there any amenities except that a list of medications was provided when we asked. My brother had a horrible experience at this facility. He spent months lying in bed until we were able to locate a place that actually cared for him and provided support with empathy. He can now walk again and is living a normal life. The name of this facility has changed several times. Do careful research.

Adult Transitions is very nice and clean. My husband is in a private room. He moved in a week ago. They serve food. The staff is very nice.
