This is nice assisted private home. It is an older medium sized,well maintained home nestled in the beautiful tall pines in Payson.There is a lot of greenery and flowers with pretty rock formations. Actually this owner has two homes there. One is for 10 residents, and the other 5. The rooms are private and semi-private with shared and private baths.All are handicapped equipped. Both homes have well maintained and enclosed backyards. One has a back porch and the other a deck where residents can see the views and walk around. They offer three meals a day and snacks, The food is all home cooked with a variety of choices. It is very good. They do all three levels of care. They have a house doctor and nurse practitioner who come in. The caregivers are all certified. The staff and owner seem very nice and caring. They can provide transport to appointments if necessary. The activities there are based on the residents level of function so there is a lot of one on one. They do play bingo and cards,do exercises, watch movies,have parties and entertainment comes in. They have a senior center close that sends a bus for the residents. Also, the owner takes residents out shopping, to restaurants,and events. They have a big rodeo yearly they go too and they go out for holiday events. This is a great home in a quiet, peaceful place with a great staff. All the residents there are happy as well.
