I was at Crowne Health Care of Montgomery for a tour. The administrative staff weren't that professional. The facility was not clean, and it had an odor. There was a pile of feces on the floor, which is why it stunk so badly. Evidently, somebody had had a bowel movement, and it dropped on the floor, and it was just there, and I saw them when they walked past it and didn't pick it up. They need to improve by having more professional staff and consistency in the pricing. They were not meeting the patient's needs. The residents' rooms were not kept clean. They were always short-staffed because people were quitting. They just need a whole lot of improvement in cleanliness and professionalism.

My aunt is a resident of Crowne Health Care of Montgomery. It's a nice facility. She's happy. She likes being there. She has made a lot of new friends. She's in a semi-private room. She has a television in her room. They do bingo every day. She enjoys interacting with other people. She goes to physical therapy every day. She goes to speech therapy. They walk with her every day. She's not too enthused with the food.

My mom is in rehab at Crowne Health Care of Montgomery. We chose it because of other reviews that people have given us and some recommendations. We've had no problems with them, at all. What I like best about it is the care that my mom is getting. While most of the staff we've come in contact with were very nice though, we have come in contact with a few that were not very nice. With food, she hasn't liked the taste of some of them. For activities, I know they have bingo, singing, and devotionals. The facility is clean and nice. They have a salon, a courtyard, a large front porch, and a dining area.

My father was at Crowne Health Care of Montgomery for less than a month. The care and the staff were fine. I think their services were high quality. They were equipped for people with more serious issues like my father's condition. The facilities were well taken care of, freshly painted and maintained. There was a measure of safety there also. They had a security guard for people in and out. The place was older and not high-end, but it was clean. The rooms were more like a hospital. The place itself had a hospital feel to it, but they had a lounge area that was nicely decorated with nice furniture. Their nice, big patio, which had tables and chairs, was completely covered. It seemed to be a lovely place to sit outside, relax, and visit with people.

My mother has been at Crowne for almost a year. She has advanced alzheimer's and needs around the clock care. Mother is dying and I have been with her 24/7, even sleeping here for the past week. And the staff has been wonderful. I couldn't ask for better care. Every employee I have talked to wants to be here working with the elderly. Most have been here for a long time, and many worked at another home Mom was in. That proves they believe in their jobs because they are paid very little.

Crowne Health Care Of Montgomery is overcrowded and did not have a pleasant feel to it, but the lady who showed me around was very nice and very informative.
