I hired Addus HomeCare Vancouver for my husband. They watched him during the night to make sure his oxygen was on. I hired them instead of other agencies because they were willing to work with the insurance company even though the insurance company wouldn't help us. The other agency just wanted private pay and didn't want to work with the insurance company. Aside from keeping him alive during the night, they made sure he didn't fall. The caregivers were excellent. They were always on time, caring, and professional; there was good communication and a good work ethic.
