She wouldn't be able to live where she's living if it wasn't for them. She doesn't drive and she can't shower herself or wash her own hair. I like this agency because they call me and double check that the care my mother needs is appropriate. They go out of their way to make sure she's taken care of.

They didn't clean her or scrub her very hard. They were awful. They could improve everything. They put on diapers inside out and backwards. They don't know how to wash dishes.
