My mother is in hospice care and they have been wonderful at improving her quality of life. We have been blessed with very kind caretakers. The caretakers have had the most impact on our daily lives.

To me, it is very helpful. The caregiver's main task is to be a companion, so I can run errands. I like that they are flexible.

She wouldn't be able to live where she's living if it wasn't for them. She doesn't drive and she can't shower herself or wash her own hair. I like this agency because they call me and double check that the care my mother needs is appropriate. They go out of their way to make sure she's taken care of.

They didn't clean her or scrub her very hard. They were awful. They could improve everything. They put on diapers inside out and backwards. They don't know how to wash dishes.

The caregiver helps clean the house since we can not get down on our hands and knees. One thing I like about the agency is the caregiver who comes is pleasant.
