"Ramona is the best care-provider we've encountered. She is unfailingly professional (punctuality, dependibility, confidentiality, etc), and respectful of client's autonomy. My friend, who is the client, has needs that vary with her illness. She needs vaying assistance with mobility, cooking, shopping, laundry, etc. Ramona's flexibility and sensitivity have made it possible for her to stay in the comfort of her own home. In addition, always has a smile on her face and responds to people with genuine warmth. I find her positive mood contagious!"

"My mother is back home with an in-home care agency called SeaCare In-Home Care Services in Bellevue, WA, and they have been excellent. When I contacted them, their owner Brianna, came out and talked with myself and my mother to get an idea of what her needs were and get an assessment. She then began to send caregivers and we've worked with her. Some caregivers we have chosen over others, and she's been very accommodating in scheduling the caregivers that are working out the best. She's very attentive and communicative, she has great interpersonal skills and lots of knowledge about the industry. She has sent qualified, quality, and very competent in-home-care caregivers to our home."

"We used the services of Seniors Helping Seniors Shoreline for my husband. The caregivers were very nice, and the person who came and did the interview was very helpful. I was stressed and freaking out, I guess that's the correct way to put it, and she did what she could fast and quick. They provided me with two very nice and professional caregivers. I felt comfortable going to appointments and going to the store, leaving my husband here with them. They do the picking up, clean some of the dishes, give him lunch, do some laundry, and do light cleaning."
