Trinity Home Care services was great with my grandmother. She loved her aid and vice versa. The aide took great care of her and it showed. My grandmother looked clean and was fed properly. The head of the company treated us like family. She was always there when we had a question and was so polite. She offers home care services with aides that are good caretakers with great personalities and compassion for their patient. Her staff is always on time and will notify you when they have arrived. Their company is very transparent which I love! The interactions with each caretaker was great. I did not receive one complain from my grandmother, actually she would tell me about the laughs and conversation they had together. Like I have previously mentioned, they are a very transparent company with a very responsive head. Chikata (the head of the company) gave me her number the first day we met and ever since then she has never left me on read and always picked up her phone in time of need and confusion. Her company is one the greatest home care services out there and I recommend it to everyone I meet. They treat the patient like family. I’m
