We could not have been more pleased with the sensitive, patient, professional and loving care we received from Shamira and the staff that came every evening to prepare my husband for bed. They were never late and stayed until they had him safely tucked into bed. They made sure my husband got a snack and cleaned up after him before getting him to the bathroom to help him brush his teeth and washed up for bed. They made sure he took his medicine and helped him with it. He needed assistance getting into bed and they were very good guiding him through this. They always stayed to be sure he was comfortable and ready for bed. Whenever we needed extra assistance even if it was earlier than our usual time (or in the morning sometimes) they always responded without any hesitation. We quickly became friends with Shamira who bonded with our whole family. They were the angels who took care of us when we couldn’t do it ourselves!
