We chose Brookside Home Health for my mom. We liked the fact that they were very responsive when we called. They had someone out very quickly, and that was good. We had a caregiver within 24 hours. They were very professional and knowledgeable, asked a lot of very good questions, and provided good practical assistance. For first several weeks, they would come in and do physical therapy, occupational therapy, and the nurse checked on her medication. All of the caregivers that came into the house were well versed in her file. We did not have to restart the process every time we spoke to somebody different or someone else came into the house. They were very synchronized as to who would be doing what and when and what kind of care she was having. It was very complementary on each other.
