Bon Secours got along really well with my dad. After they came to the house and did an interview, my dad decided that he wanted them. They seem to be doing a pretty good job, and my dad's happy with them. We had to find the patient's Bill of Rights, and everything they've done has followed in line with it. Scheduling is pretty easy; they just tell us when they're coming by. As far as billing goes, it's all covered by Social Security.
