She drives my car, with permission, to help me with errands. When I have to go out of town for a doctor's appointment, she goes with me. I have had Michelle for the past 6 weeks almost every day and she is a sweet gal. I live in a senior development and have recommended others to them.

Emanuel is always on time and prompt. He also entertains my dad, which is huge, they do puzzles together. My dad doesn't say that he doesn't want him to come over - he's working his way around my dad's pessimistic attitude. They reached out very quickly once everything was established. They were able to find a caregiver within the same week of approval. They seemed to be more organized and responsive.

Some caregivers kind of talked with the team, but when they came, they didn't have name tags or uniforms, and that was a big issue I had. This was our first agency we used, and they were new to us. We didn't know what to expect. There was some trial and error. My husband had a health crisis and I found myself with no one to help me. I called Care Advantage and within an hour and a half I had a caregiver in my home plus an assessment had been made and the nurse visited the same day. I have no words to express my gratitude the the quick staffing and for the quality of the care. The caregivers were professional, knowledgeable and compassionate. I couldn't ask for better care. I remain in their files and plan to call them whenever I need assistance with my husband's care. I highly recommend them.

He needs total care. They take care of him and make sure he gets everything he needs. They work with me and can find me someone on short notice. They are also very friendly, and the workers seemed very capable.

It was nice to have somebody to help me. They could answer my calls and try to help anyway they could. I would like to have somebody who cares and likes to work to handle the phone calls and the situations.

I don't know anything about medical, I didn't know anything, so they really taught me a lot. They were accurate, they told me the truth, and did everything I asked them. I was thoroughly impressed with them.

I'm able to go to work during the week because they're with my mother. They're caring. When my mother was in the hospital, they checked on her. Our caregiver is phenomenal because she's on time and does a great job.

They help with cooking meals and anything around the house. The caregivers are very polite and helpful, and they all show up on time. We have gotten very good help for the nurse too, Kayla.

The caregiver that comes all the time has been helping my mother really well, but with her going to class, she isn't here all the time. If I have other things to do and I have to be gone, she will take care of them. They were doing good at first, but I am having problems getting someone to show up all the time. My regular caregiver started going to class two days a week, and someone may or may not show up.

I had another agency before this one and I was very dissatisfied. CareAdvantage is wonderful. I love the caregiver I have now. She arrives on time always. She is so wonderful. With the other agency I went through so many caregivers. Now I am so blessed to have the same person all the time time. She is very helpful to me and my husband. Also, the staff is wonderful. They'll talk to him and me, they're sociable, and they seem to know what they're doing. When I call, they're very friendly and helpful. I like the people, too. They act concerned and interested in my husband.

My mom has liked all the caregivers that have come out. One time, I was out of town and one of the caregivers acted as an intermediary for me at her doctor appointment and because of that, they helped figure out a health problem that she was having. The company is flexible and they always manage to find caregivers. Everyone they have sent has been wonderful.

I wanted them to make me meals or make my bed up instead of sitting down on the couch. They weren't very good and they didn't do much. All they would do is come, sit on the sofa, and watch TV. If I'm paying someone, I want them to do their job.

It was very short-notice, and they had to come up with a staff member, and they were able to do that even though there were a couple of hiccups. That was the most helpful. I liked how friendly and kind they were.

The services are good and I get the help. They help me cook and wash my clothes, which I couldn't do on my own. The people are good, nice, and treat me well. I don't have a problem with them.

Luckily, I didn't have to go to work. If I did, I would have been out of luck. The two day ladies both showed up late. I would tell a friend that they are really unreliable. If I had a job that I had to get to, I would be late to work because they were showing up late.

In the daytime it is alright but there is no one here at night. I am a completely disabled veteran, so people at night would help. They do a good job with what they're supposed to be doing.

I would suggest for them to have more staff. A lot of times I have to find a caretaker. It's great because otherwise I would home-bound 24/7.
