This was our first agency we used, and they were new to us. We didn't know what to expect. There was some trial and error. The nurse made us feel rushed, and we felt we weren't able to answer questions.

I wanted them to make me meals or make my bed up instead of sitting down on the couch. They weren't very good and they didn't do much. All they would do is come, sit on the sofa, and watch TV. If I'm paying someone, I want them to do their job.
