This company has provided care for my family for 3 years now and we have never had a desire to change companies or a care giver. The nurses care for my son lovingly reporting and observing changes as they occur and that is comforting to me as a parent. I would encourage you to check it out if you have caring needs.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! According to the nurses at American Care Partners that I've had the misfortune of working with they believe in getting "even" if they feel slighted. Unfortunate events have occurred to us every time I asked to have the nursing hours decreased. The nurses do not know how to pull liquid medicines, take care of wounds nor do they have the most basic nursing skills. They are angry, stay on the phone for the majority of their shift and do not take care of their patient.

I had built up a long relationship with American Care Partners while in a very difficult situation. If you are searching and must deal with questions about quality care, how to assume the cost of care, the sincerity of all the people, this agency has to be rated as one of the best you couls ever hope for. The nurses were more than just providers, the Doctor was always available, the network put in place was fantastic. My loved one lived longer and with greater comfort and quality because of this agancy and its staff.

CARING is more than just a part of their name. Everyone in this organization has a sincere, deep, attitude of care for the client. All the staff who had contact with my elderly mother were top-notch professionals; doing a difficult job without hesitation or complaint. I actively recommend American Care Partners highly!

I am very pleased with their services. Every step from the initial office call to caregiver introduction was well done.we now have a 24 he's care for mom and we love the cg assigned. They also have house call doctor that could check on mom if she needs one at no additional cost to us.great program!
