I have been very satisfied; they seem pretty responsive if I need a change in my schedule and are proactive in calling me to make sure I have what I need. It's improved quite a bit now.

Caregiver Training and Care Supervision

I want them to improve their stability. Every week, there's a different person who comes. I understand it's a new business, so they rely on the people who come to them. It's difficult to see a new person every week.

I'd like to be contacted by phone only if someone is late or someone isn't coming. That's not happening regularly. I think they could initiate service themselves. I have a list of what they should do, and I shouldn't have to prompt them.
