My mom is using Girling Personal Care - Waco, TX. Her caregiver is sweet. She takes good care of my mom. She does a very thorough job. She's very pleasant and we're happy with her. Services include light housekeeping if needed, but they usually bathe her. Communication with the agency has been fantastic. They keep me in the loop if they have questions. What's good is they'll text me because I don't always get to answer my phone at work and I get back with them. They call before they come, which is great. Scheduling is good. The personal care comes three days a week, and she comes in the morning, which is good. It's a great value. I think it's fair for what they do. They go above and beyond. We're happy with them so far. It's been great. As long as they're good to my mom, it's OK with me.
