Girling Health Care is the only agency that earned my respect. They answered every phone call unlike other agencies where you are automatically directed to a voice mail, which I find ridiculous. The people who took very good care of my brother three years ago still worked there, which rarely happens in this industry. They knew the house and my mother, and they came to see her. They were very, very professional.

Not dependable for provider help. The actual clients were my parents What does Medicaid pay them for? They do not show up according to schedule, and agency continually makes excuses for them. They do not hold employees accountable, and employees have no respect for company management.
