I have had Pinard for at least four years, and they are the best home health I have ever had. They’re absolutely wonderful. They send the same people out to you when you come home from the hospital. They have a head nurse who comes out and assesses you, then they assign a nurse who comes at all times instead of a different one every week. They also have an occupational therapist who comes and helps; she is the best Fred has ever had. They are a small company, but I never had a problem with them. They get the work done and do it right. I absolutely love the nurses; they're so professional. I call them and they would call me and be on top of it. They schedule around us, so it’s excellent. Sometimes we have appointments, so she would come after we got home. She's very flexible.
