I was using Pavilion Home Care LLC - Richmond, TX Richmond for my wife. The presentation made by Jennifer made me feel more comfortable with the Pavilion. We had an issue in the beginning, but Jennifer stepped in and took care of the problems. Everything went well. The issue was that the lady was supposed to be here at 8:30, and she showed up late in a couple of days. So Jennifer replaced her and we had no more problems. As for the billing, they're reasonable.
