Please do not use this company. I spoke with Brett, who represented himself as the Manager and Boss of the company. Was unwilling to tell me who his Boss is. Listened to my concern and said he would investigate. I asked who would then be notified, in the company, about the findings and he would not answer. Our concerns, both ladies that came to our home were unaware of why they were actually here. They had not been informed by their employer, Excellence Health Care, Inc. that the patient was a male, that he had triple bypass surgery or what type of care they would need to provide. Both ladies were pleasant, we have no problem with them. Our problem is the lack of professionalism and knowledge that they give to the people they send out. Brett was condescending and would not commit to making sure that anyone but himself would ever know about these problems. We did not check the credentials of the two ladies that came to our home to make sure they were actually nurses. Wish we had.
