We used Acappella before. They were very professional, on time, and very capable. I used them because of the references on their website and the fact that it was on the list that I got from my hospice care. Communication was very good.

Don't Let Appearances Fool You

They Appear to be organized and compassionate but don't let that fool you. I moved on to another agency and took some of their caregivers to the other agency. Regarding organization: I have had caregivers from Acappella show up two at a time with confusion as to who was to be working the shift. This has occurred more than 3 occasions. I have requested a particular kind of caregiver and they obviously do no listen. I like a caregiver and they take the caregiver away and get me one that is not a good fit. I need more reliability and consistency with taking care of my dad. Regarding compassion: This means they listen I talked to Julie about what I need for my dad and they could not get it right. I call and I leave messages and either the message system is full or no one returns my call. There is something that doesn't feel right about this company.

My caregiver, Auminy, is an outstanding caregiver! She is very professional, always dependable and goes out of her way to provide me with the highest standard of care. She is always very cheerful and makes my day better because she is there!

The absolute best service possible. Acappella in Home Care came highly recommended to my family and I can see why. From the staff to the caregivers/nurse - everyone was so professional. The best home care in DALLAS! Thank you Julie & Jo !
