Anne has done such an amazing job providing in home care, that she was given the honor of being the first live-in nurse for Acappella's first residential home. It opened in March and has one resident. Anne has been known to go above and beyond the call of duty. When you visited the house before the resident moved in Anne might be found in the attic doing maintenance, cleaning the pool, or weeding the garden. She is a hard and enthusiastic worker. Since Anne has such a lively and fun personality, she leads many of the group activities at Acappella house.

Anne is just such an amazing person. Here is a small bio she gave me permission to share:
Anne studied Nursing at the prestigious US Army Academy of Health Sciences. After graduating in the top of her class, she served in Operation Desert Storm, where she earned two Army Achievement Medals for triaging casualties, and patient care.
Her 22 years of nursing have included med-surg, pediatric, geriatric, post-partum, cardiology, and psych. Anne has a special love for Hospice and Palliative Care Nursing.
A music major in college, and a member of Sigma Alpha Iota Anne was also in Alpha Lambda Delta.
Her favorite pastime is cooking, and she loves the culinary arts. She believes that nurses have an awesome opportunity to serve as role models when it comes to making healthy eating and living choices.
Anne is constantly seeking creative ways to promote high quality patient care. She is excited to be serving as the home manager for the new residential care home, Acappella House.
