My Mother was recovering from being ill and needed a little extra attention and I live out of state. I saw an ad for CK in the middle of the night on Facebook. I called on a Thursday morning and spoke with Katrina, did a virtual visit on Friday, met the caregiver on Saturday and she started on Monday and I was able to fly home with peace of mind on Tuesday. The entire process was easy, the paperwork was electronic which made everything easy with COVID19. Our caregiver, Annie had an exceptional work ethic, she takes the initiative of doing things around the house to help our Mother - without being asked. Most of all, she has an amazing talent of being compassionate, caring, assertive without being aggressive with our Mother. My Mother needs to exercise and Annie will ask her "would you like to pedal on the chair bicycle", my Mother says "no" and Annie says "how about 5 minutes"....guess what she is pedaling. We have been with CK for 4 months and I am more pleased that we made the decision to go with CK. Annie exceeds our expectations, always on time or early, reliable, never missed a day.

Comfort Keepers provided immediate response to my need for respite care for my husband who had a sudden onset of dementia. The caretaker was calm and kind. The office staff was efficient and sure to inform me of any changes in the scheduling.

We have been using Comfort Keepers since 7/17 for my parents. Donna is their current caregiver. She keeps their house immaculate and helps keep their personal needs met. Mom does not have to ask or show her where anything goes. She takes charge and gets everything done that is needed. She is always jolly and joking a very uplifting spirit. She is an angel. She watches over Mom & Dad as if they were her own family. It is so refreshing and gives my brothers and I all peace of mind, knowing they are well cared for. So thankful to have her with them and so thankful she has fit in so well. She does a fantastic job and always with a smile. Big pat on the back for Donna she is AWESOME.
