We're using TheraCare Home Health - Dallas. They've been fabulous. They really have tried to work with my husband. He's really picky, and he's hard to work with. They have had a couple of people out here that just really seemed to know when to push his button and when not to. They've been extremely great; we've been just thrilled with their attitude. They're caring on how he's doing. They do basically physical therapy and occupational therapy.

This home health is very unprofessional and how they do business. One person just steps by your house without making an appointment. Others will keep making excuses as to why they can't go there and then you call the office and they say I'm sorry we don't have anybody that can make up for them not coming. They also tell you they're going to do things like get a doctor at your house and then that doesn't happen. And watch out for Miss Moore and all the paperwork that she sends with useless information because those visits don't happen.
