In my fifteen years of taking care of my parents with no family , I experienced more bad than good! I was forced to use many bad sitter services until a facility where my Mother was found Progress! They are head and shouldrss about all the others! They come and meet with you and your loved one! None of the others do that. There were far less problems with the sitters. Billing was clear, fair and reasonable!

Time and time again, I see the great, dedicated and expert care Progress gives to my loved one. I appreciate the fact that I don't have to worry about her when she's with her caregiver. It's just the level of concern they sincerely have for her, and the fact she misses her caregiver when she's gone.
