Everything with Touching Hearts at Home Milan has been great, there were no issues at all. The caregiver mainly provides comfort type of assistance like sitting with mom, assist with meals and bathroom. Overall, the caregiver just mainly provides companionship. We have them for 4 hours a day and 7 days a week. There are 2 different people, 1 for Mondays through Fridays and the other one on the weekends. Both of them were great. We chose this route because their prices were the best and they're a smaller group.
