"This agency is excellent! The caregivers are always on time, we use them for weekly night shifts and on the weekends, the women we have had are very patient, very kind and seem to be well trained. They seem to try and match the workers with the personalities of the client. They always send an HR person out to the house to introduce a new caregiver and the communication is great all i have to do is call them if anything comes up. We are a new client so it is taking a little time to get the caregivers trained specifically for us, their goal is to use the same women each week. We have them for 4 hours a day and 7 days a week. There are 2 different people, 1 for Mondays through Fridays and the other one on the weekends. Both of them were great.
