They came one day and my leg had been swollen for 2 days. She told me that I needed to get back in bed and she called my doctor immediately and then took me to an imaging center. They sent me to the hospital and she took me there. Her boss told her she needed to leave because her time was up, but she refused to leave me by myself. She came earlier than the time needed and took really good care of me and my house. I don't like that a different person comes every day so I have to tell them what to do each day. If they sent the same person out every day, they would get to know the person they help.

Since the management change this company has gone way down hill. They were hired because we had heard nothing but great things. 9/10 times the caregivers were late (I don't mean 5-10 mins. It was 30-45 minutes at minimum). Every other night was a new girl. We hardly ever knew who was coming to the home. Their rate is ridiculous considering what they have been paying the employees (Charging $21+/hr and paying out $9/hr). The whole experience has been awful. In families times of need you are supposed to be there for them. You shouldn't be making their lives harder and more complicated. You are supposed to be there to HELP.. absolutely uncalled for.

Obviously, the employees had issues. We went through a lot of caregivers, and that's not good for a client with my loved one's condition.
