First Light HomeCare Greenville provided wonderful care for my mom and dad from 2015 until July 2016 when Mom passed and continued to care for Dad until January 2020 when Dad died. I was very impressed with the attention to detail and quality of care provided to my parents. Mom and Dad both adored their caregivers, even as Mom's dementia worsened. They were like family and treated us as family. We were blessed with our care givers being with us a long time. When we needed a fill in or substitute we did not feel that the care and attention level changed at all. The agency was very responsive to answer our questions and adjust care as needed. FirstLight provided care for my grandmother when she became unable to care for herself properly. Caregivers built a relationship with her and were genuine in their concern and care for her until the end. They assisted when needed to transport to doctors appointments, run errands and general housekeeping. The offices ability to accommodate schedule changes and maintain open communication was impressive.
