Hello to all I would just like share a complement to Patriot home care services I'm now working with Amanda she is a very kind and caring person and they are very good company very helpful very caring and very understanding with your health issues and they do whatever they can to make things work just like to give a thumbs-up to Amanda and also her manager I spoke to her today and she was very nice and I believe her name is Christina and they are from the Allegheny office if you need any help with Home Care if you are in need of Home Care I would have recommended contact Patriot Home Care so very easy to work with 👍

This place does not value their workers. My enrollment coordinator Ms. Williams, she went out of her way to assist me with getting my documents to the county. She came to my home to pick up my papers and send them to the county for me and brought them back to me. I was so grateful to her because I had no one to do this for me. I find a week later the fired her. I have sent other family member to Patriot because of her. I'm leaving Patriot and taking my family with me. Please don 't use Patriot Home Care. They don't care about you. They don't even care about their employees.

My nana used this organization for home healthcare for two days. The first day, the person showed up at 2pm instead of 8am. The second day, no one showed up at all and they didn't bother to tell her they weren't sending anyone. She is bedridden and cannot care for herself. When she called to complain, they were extremely rude. They're unprofessional, unreliable and treat their clients like garbage. I would give no stars if it were possible.

I have been with this agency for a while now and I am unsatisfied with this agency. They do not return my calls when my aide calls out. They have left me without services on several occasions and do not know who I can talk to about how dissatisfied I am. I had to divide my hours between two different agencies in order to ensure that I was covered but this agency still drops the ball and I am left to rely on the other agency to cover the hours and they have done an amazing job.

I'm using Patriot Home Care. They provide cooking, cleaning, changing the sheets, taking me to appointments, and keeping me company. The caregiver is licensed, so she can also do my medical needs like making sure that I monitor my blood sugar. Sometimes she's here way past the time that she was getting paid for. Now, she is working almost eight hours a day. She is very good and overqualified. The quality of service has been very good and very consistent. I'm very satisfied with Patriot Home Care.
