I would recommend Community Care Center. One of the things I like most about it is they have an associated program called "Wheels for Independence". It's a volunteer organization where the volunteer actually provide rides for individuals who need to go to different places like grocery store. It's like a taxicab, you call it and they come and they'll take you anywhere, wait for you and bring you home. Fees might be expected but not required. The volunteer drivers are trained and are not paid for their services. There are churches and other organizations that provide support and funding. I think it's an excellent program.
