They make sure she's changed and fed. She's sitting in a chair all day. They could walk her more. She had dementia and it's hard to converse. They could be more attentive to her.

The service is really good. Their policy for the care is really good. It's a good care for my mom but for the employees, they don't have any benefits. They are not willing to stay to work.
