Golden Care arranged transportation to a medical appointment. The driver had to accompany me to the appointment to confirm I had transportation home. The transportation was arranged with a very short lead time, I was very comfortable with the driver's skill (who drove my car); she was also most pleasant company. I would recommend GoldenCare for nonmedical needs.

When my mother was discharged from the hospital and told that she could not return to her assisted living apartment without companion care from 8:00AM - 8:00PM, we had to get assistance quickly. My first call was to Beth C., President and owner of GoldenCare,LLC. She immediately put my mind at ease with her compassionate and professional assistance. We were walked through the process of putting companion care in place, and she remained in close contact with us during the transition phase. Communication was always excellent, and the companions were all fantastic - kind, capable, dependable, and caring. I couldn't recommend Golden Care more highly to anyone seeking companion care for a loved one!

We were fortunate to be able to have access to this service after my mother fell and broke her wrist. Although she lived in assisted living, due to the fall, she required more help with her daily activities than was able to be provided by the assisted living facility. The aides were able to begin immediately and were flexible in adjusting to the daily timing and amount of hours that we needed to assist my mom with her daily care. The aides were kind and patient and very knowledgeable about the best care for my mom. Beth, the owner, was always immediately available to answer questions for us even on weekends. She was a wealth of information, assistance and offered great advice. Taking care of aging parents is a difficult phase of life for both the parent and the family and she has the experience to understand this. She gave us valuable support that we were so grateful for. I would not hesitate to use this service again, if needed.

Golden Care provided the care we needed during a transitional stage for my father-in-law. We wanted to give him some time to feel comfortable living with us in our home, but we needed to make sure he was as safe as possible. Golden Care provided assistance during the work day so that my father-in-law could feel comfortable. They met all of his needs and we were confidant he was in good hands while we were at work. The caregivers were wonderful and did everything they could to adapt and provide safe care in our home. Moreover, the owner, Beth, made visits to our home and gave guidance, support and even nutritional tips on how to best care for our loved one. Golden Care helped us through a very difficult transitional phase until we could find a more long term living situation.
